Come join an early-stage stealth Cyber startup to help build our offensive capabilities from the ground up. In this high-impact role, you'll be a key player in our R&D core team, shaping the technical heart of the product. You'll sit at the intersection of world-class offensive research and core agentic AI research.
What You'll Do
Original Research : Discover novel vulnerabilities, attack primitives, and exploitation techniques across various surfaces.
Exploit Development : Build reliable, weaponizable proof-of-concepts that hold up in real production environments.
Research to Product : Translate your offensive techniques into real capabilities.
Adversarial Tradecraft : Develop methodologies that mirror how top attackers actually operate end-to-end.
Red Team Validation : Stress-test the product against hardened targets and push the ceiling of what it can do.
Technical Voice : Represent the company in the research community through talks, papers, and disclosures.

Requirements
Track Record : Demonstrable experience of offensive work — previous roles, bug bounty, CTF reputation, published CVEs, or original research published.
Depth : Deep expertise in at least one offensive domain — web/app vulnerability research, cloud, identity, kernel/OS internals, network protocols, or AI/LLM security.
Builder's Instinct : Comfortable in Python, Go, or Rust. Able to ship research into production-quality code.
Founding DNA : Comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one. You want ownership.
Language : High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Location : Tel Aviv, in-person — this is a founding team role.
