 About the Role
Full-time Position
We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core team and drive the development of our cutting-edge AI platform, you'll help shape our technical foundation, architecture decisions, and engineering culture from the ground up.

Your impact:
Build and scale Python backend services and AI/ML pipelines
Develop responsive, modern frontends using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure
Work with GenAI tools for prompting and AI-driven development
Develop using GenAI dev tools - stay ahead with the latest AI-assisted development workflows
Drive technical decisions in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment

Requirements
What You Bring
Must have:
5+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend development
Expert-level React, TypeScript, and JavaScript skills
Experience with GenAI tools - prompting, AI-assisted development
Proficiency with GenAI dev tools - Cursor, Copilot, or similar modern AI-powered development environments
Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Experience building scalable systems and handling high-traffic applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to have:
Experience with AI/ML tools and modern development workflows
Salesforce (SFDC) development experience
Builder platform experience - platforms that enable others to build and create
DevOps and infrastructure automation

Previous startup or high-growth company experience
