Bluespine can offer personalized precision by tailoring assessments to each unique medical claim, considering the relevant provider, payer, and plan, and ensuring unparalleled accuracy.
We’re searching for a builder-leader who combines strong engineering skills with a passion for AI and a drive to improve processes by AI.
Responsibilities
Develop and apply advanced algorithms to the exciting and rapidly evolving domain of AI based Automations Agents.
Design and own the systems that enable fast experimentation with LLMs, agents, and automation workflows.
Investigate, implement and share new AI technologies and ideas.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar).
2+ years of experience of software development, with a focus on algorithms design and validation.
Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents.
Familiarity with LLM-based patterns such as RAG, Agentic-workflows, production level prompt-engineering.
Great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Advantages
Prior background in health insurance tech / medical coding/billing.
Degree in computer science or equivalent.
