Position Overview
RecruitGo is looking for a motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to help ensure efficient, safe, and reliable plant operations.
Responsibilities
M onitor and operate the SCADA system for real-time plant performance

Detect and respond to system alarms, faults, and abnormalities

Conduct routine inspections of the PV farm, inverter stations, and weather monitoring systems

Prepare Daily Generation Reports and manage IEMOP nominations

Handle ERC outage and resumption reports

Perform technical documentation and support overall O&M activities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)

At least 1–2 years of relevant experience (solar or power plant experience is an advantage)

Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and reporting skills

Applicants near Bugallon, Pangasinan, are highly preferred

Work Schedule: 48 hours per week

Shifts : 12-hour shifts (4 shifts per week)

Day Shift : 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (predominant)

Night Shift : 7 p.m. to 7 a.m Note: There are 4 shifts per week, entitled to overtime pay.

Work Setup: Onsite at S alomague Norte, Bugallon, Pangasinan
