Our small, tightly knit team includes senior ML practitioners from global internet giants and engineers with experience of thinking up and deploying complex architectures. We are based in Bangalore and develop products for enterprises with a global footprint. (https://agara.ai) Responsibilities: ● Partner with Product Managers and the Machine Learning team to define and align engineering vision and roadmap ● Mentor and coach a team of talented engineers fostering a culture of openness, collaboration and personal growth ● Own the engineering architecture of the product, providing technical leadership to the team ● Execute on the proposed timeline with speed, delivering a high-quality product, clearly communicating milestones as well as risk

You Must Have: ● You have a total of 7+ years ● You have 3+ years of serving in an engineering management or technical leadership role ● You have 4+ year's experience building well-designed software with Python ● You have a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent ● You have excellent project management and communication skills ● You are an empathetic, self-aware leader who is invested in the growth of the team members
