What You’ll Do

As a talented engineer, you should

Participate in job interviews as the primary communicator, showcasing your software engineering background.
Develop and deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code that meets the standards of top-tier U.S.-based engineering teams.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle – from requirement gathering and planning to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance following the agile methodologies.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in software development (Fullstack, backend, or frontend, Devops)
Willingness to work U.S. business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) across PST, MST, CST, or EST time zones.
Professional English proficiency (spoken and written)
Comfortable discussing technical concepts with interviewers in a polished, engaging way
Ability to produce high-quality code and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
