The Central Systems Engineering and PMT (Processes, Methods, and Tools) team establishes the overarching systems engineering framework, technical guidelines, requirements guidance, and software toolchains used by project-specific engineering teams. We act as the central entity for standardization, ensuring all project-specific teams have the tools and methodologies required for efficient, compliant development. As Requirements Engineer, you will define and own the organization's systems engineering requirements framework, setting best practices for requirements engineering across all projects. You will be responsible for guiding project teams on requirements definition and management, ensuring high-quality, consistent standards that enable seamless collaboration and rigorous development. Define and maintain the overarching systems engineering and requirements management framework. • Establish best practices and standards for requirements definition, traceability, and verification across the organization. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project-specific teams on effective requirements engineering processes. • Support the implementation of requirements management tools and integrated toolchains. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on requirements and technical consistency. • Monitor and audit requirements engineering practices to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. • Act as the central subject matter expert for all requirements-related processes and methodologies. • Act as an interface for the IVV plan and testing activities, facilitating cross-functional alignment and ensuring rigorous adherence to verification standards. • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. • At least 3 years experience in Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering, or in a similar systems engineering role within complex product development environments • Strong knowledge of systems engineering frameworks (e.g., V-Model), industry standards and how requirements integrate into the broader product development and verification lifecycle. • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jama, or similar) and their integration into the toolchain. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical guidance into actionable operational practices. • Are collaborative, humble, a problem-solver, and a confident communicator capable of driving consensus among diverse team
