At Shakudo, we're building the world's first operating system for data and AI. We use the term "operating system" in the truest sense: just like iOS, Windows, or Linux, Shakudo's end-to-end OS provides ever-evolving, fully automated, best-in-class open-source components tailored to each business's unique needs.
We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Stack team and serve as the technical anchor for our customers — understanding their data and AI infrastructure challenges, architecting solutions on the Shakudo platform, and driving ongoing account growth. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who bridges deep technical expertise with strong relationship skills and can move between Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud infrastructure and strategic customer conversations.
In this role, you will own the technical relationship with assigned accounts: architecting production-ready solutions, integrating the Shakudo platform into customer environments, and expanding Shakudo's footprint by connecting customer needs to platform capabilities. This is not a pure pre-sales or post-sales role — it is an outcome-driven engineering and advisory role where success is measured by customer adoption, solution quality, and account growth.
