As a Engineering Manager - Windows Endpoint, you will be tasked with taking end-to-end ownership of features from ideation to production within the Windows Endpoint Ecosystem ( our flagship productline , recognized 6x in-a-row Gartner MQ Leader). You should be a leader who can explore, design, recommend, and drive innovative ideas from scratch, ensuring architectural excellence and a strong engineering culture.

What will you do?

Primary responsibilities include:

You will have the chance to manage a team of engineers on the Windows Endpoint, solving the most complicated real-world problems.

You will continuously enrich your knowledge and experience with Windows OS internals and the EPP/EDR ecosystem.

You will be a core part of designing and developing the capabilities that will improve the product's stability and make the user experience smoother.

You will be directly accountable for production stability and operational integrity while mentoring a global engineering bench.

What skills & knowledge should you bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

Proven experience as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager in the areas of C++ and OS internals (security, storage, etc.).

Ability to drive features and capabilities from planning through development to successful production.

Strong system design and architecture skills.

Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and collaborate effectively across the organization.

Experience in managing globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Data-driven decision-making and prioritizing approaches.

Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication skills.

A plus would be: previous experience with security-oriented development and/or Windows Kernel development
