RecoTek is Reconomy’s new centralized technology hub located in Bucharest, Romania, officially launched in February 2024. Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns, fulfilment and processing, on behalf of many of Europe’s largest retailers.

We are looking for a CRM Developer with a solid foundation in .NET development and a strong desire to build expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform ecosystem . This is an excellent opportunity for an mid level developer who enjoys solving business problems through technology and wants to develop specialized skills in enterprise CRM solutions.
You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while contributing to continuous improvement of our development and deployment processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently on development tasks while collaborating effectively within an Agile team.
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Develop and maintain C# plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and JavaScript customizations.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business rules, and Dataverse components.
Design and maintain Power Automate flows to support business process automation.
Support integration of Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using REST APIs and web services.
Work within Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines to support CI/CD across development, testing, and production environments.
Manage source code using GitHub and follow branching and version control best practices.
Participate in system testing, deployments, release activities, and post-release support.
Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, QA engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Follow development standards, security best practices, and coding guidelines.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experienc
3–5 years of experience in software development with C# and .NET.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework/.NET, and object-oriented programming principles
Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, and Dataverse customizations
Experience creating Power Automate workflows
Good knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including working within existing ADO pipelines
Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment best practices
Experience using GitHub or similar tools for source control
Understanding of SQL and relational databases
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.

Nice to Have
At least 1–2 years of experience developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with Power Apps (Model-driven and/or Canvas Apps).
Knowledge of PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) development.
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other Azure integration services.
Familiarity with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, or messaging technologies.
Experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Experience building or maintaining ADO pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
