What you’ll do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance C#/.NET Core APIs and backend services.

Build and optimize data models, queries, and database performance.

Ensure service reliability and availability by managing SLAs, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

Collaborate closely with UI developers, Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Write clean, maintainable code with strong unit test coverage.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

Manage UAT environments, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor application health, performance, and logs using observability tools.

Contribute to DevOps automation, infrastructure improvements, and operational best practices.

Provide support for production issues, including timely critical bug fixes and incident resolution.

What’s required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in backend or server-side development.

Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API design.

Proven experience ensuring service reliability and availability through SLA management, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server, including performance tuning.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
