About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building scalable backend systems. You will work on high-scale distributed applications, contribute across the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build high-performance applications capable of processing large volumes of data.

- Design and optimize APIs, data models, and backend architecture.

- Work with Elasticsearch and MongoDB to build efficient search and data storage solutions.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.

- Take ownership of features from design through deployment and support.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of professional experience in backend software development.

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

- Experience working with Elasticsearch and MongoDB.

- Experience building applications that handle high-scale or high-volume data.

- Strong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

- Passion for learning new technologies and adapting quickly.

- Experience managing features throughout the complete product lifecycle.

Nice to Have

- Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
