Understand business problems and provide problem solving using appropriate Machine Learning and analytics techniques
Understand and utilize data from different sources, including internal and external data
Improve and optimize existing machine learning algorithms and data processing techniques to improve performance
Build and apply machine learning models to solve business problems, perform predictive analysis and make meaningful recommendations for corporate decision makers
Maintain data accuracy and reliability
Assist the production team with understanding and resolving technical issues related to the production of data products
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to the management team and other non-technical teams  Requerement:
Have experience working as Data Scientist min. 5 years
Strong analytical skills related to working with structure and unstructured datasets
Familiar with Tableau and Metabase with Postgres Programming Language: Python
Experience on using Spark for Big Data
Experience with cloud service: Hevodata
Experience in managing Data Science team
