Our FDE team is the technical backbone of every client relationship, responsible for taking clients from signed contract to successful production deployment and beyond.
We operate with a strong ownership mindset. Our team moves fast, communicates clearly, and treats every client deployment like a product launch. We work closely with Product, Infra, Biz and Platform Engineering to ensure what we learn in the field shapes how we build.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work alongside a sharp, client-obsessed team who thrive on solving real-world problems at the intersection of Voice AI and enterprise operations.

About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer in our Voice AI team, you will be the primary technical owner for client deployments on our B2B voicebot platform. You'll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy voicebot solutions, build customisations, resolve production issues, and ensure ongoing success- acting as the bridge between our platform's capabilities and the client's business needs.
