We are now looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer  to help shape the future of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) through modern AI capabilities.Senior Software Engineers are key contributors to the sustainable technical development of Jedox AI/ML services. They are proactive leaders in all technical aspects, from architecture to design to development, maintenance, integration, etc., of robust services for AI/ML. They are pivotal in efficiently transforming customer needs into high-quality AI services. They are fearless about KPI-driven improvements to our deliveries for our platform customers.  Independently solve complex problems, manage workload, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable AI services, participating in the full software lifecycle and ensuring compliance.
Define and manage cost-effective LLM solutions, collaborating cross-teams on automation and observability.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet user needs, ensuring clear communication and continuous improvement.
Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, stay current with AI/ML trends, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
You are an experienced Software Engineer (+8 years) with passion and a relevant background on AI/ML, LLMs, SLMs, etc.
You excel at designing and implementing production-ready, robust, and observable AI and ML solutions and excel at integrating those into a product platform.     
You are a proficient Python Developer with extensive experience developing AI and ML solutions in e.g. the fields of time-series forecasting, NLP, regression, and classification.
You have extensive experience in WSGI and ASGI Python frameworks, like e.g. Flask and FastAPI, in production environments.
You have advanced proficiency in CI/CD and toolchains at use.                 
You are proficient working in agile environments.
