About the role
Overview
The Manufacturing / Process Engineer will lead implementation and optimization of advanced manufacturing systems for high-performance metal components. This role ensures repeatable, scalable production capability and supports process design for new applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and optimize advanced manufacturing workflows
Support system commissioning, process tuning, and part validation
Collaborate with materials, design, and robotics teams to achieve production readiness
Apply data-driven process control to ensure stability, yield, and performance
Qualifications
B.S. or M.S. in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Hands-on experience with laser or energy-based systems, precision manufacturing, or automation
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
U.S. citizen and U.S. clearance eligible
