About the Role 
Flow is seeking an experienced Lead IT Systems Engineer — Properties & Hospitality to own the systems configuration, platform integration, and commissioning layer across its growing residential and hospitality portfolio. This role operates at the software and systems level — configuring platforms, integrating systems, validating performance, and ensuring every technology layer at a Flow property functions as intended.
This role works closely and continuously with the Sr. IT Field Technician — together they cover the full scope of property technology at Flow. While the Sr. IT Field Technician focuses on the physical layer (cabling, hardware installation, and low-voltage infrastructure), this role focuses on making those systems work: programming, configuration, integration, and ongoing platform support. The two roles are deeply interdependent and will be on-site together across deployments, troubleshooting, and new property buildouts. Both report directly to the Head of IT.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep platform expertise, strong independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple active projects across a growing property portfolio with minimal supervision.
