About the role

About the Position
As a Sales Engineer, you will be the technical heartbeat of our sales motion. Sitting at the intersection of sales and product, you will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to guide prospective customers through the technical dimensions of their evaluation — from initial discovery to final sign-off, including building demos. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who loves both the art of the demo and the science of solving real customer problems.
You will own the technical narrative in deals, and your ability to build credibility and trust with technical buyers will directly influence revenue outcomes. Beyond individual deals, you will help shape how our team communicates value and scales technical selling as the company grows.
About You
You are a technically fluent communicator who thrives in customer-facing environments. With 3–5 years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in a SaaS setting, you have a track record of turning complex technical evaluations into confident buying decisions. You are equally comfortable whiteboarding an API integration with a developer and presenting a business case to a VP. Comfortable leading discovery conversations, listening actively, and tailoring your approach to any audience, you bring both technical depth and commercial instincts to every deal you touch.
