We’re hiring Production Operators to join our team in South Deerfield. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn real-world electronics manufacturing while working alongside our elite engineering team designing robotic factories.

- Student-friendly shifts designed around UMass schedules:

- 2nd Shift: Mon thru Friday, after classes to 10PM+ (max 24hrs/week)

- 5th Shift: Fri & Sat 4pm–1am, Sun 4–10pm (24 hrs/week)

- 6th Shift: Sat & Sun 5am–5pm (24 hrs/week)

- 7th Shift: Sat 5pm–5am, Sun 5–10pm (17 hrs/week)

- 10 minute drive from campus

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Operate and program pick-and-place machines

- Solder and assemble circuit boards

- Perform solder joint inspection and quality checks

- Support packing, shipping, and inventory management

- Conduct basic machine maintenance

- As you gain experience, graduate to complex debug and problem-solving on cutting-edge robotics equipment

- Communicate with our elite R&D team to debug our various robots

- Work in an extremely clean and safe modern factory

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be enrolled in a UMass engineering or related program, for example:

- Computer Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Mechanical Engineering

- Computer Science
