We're looking for a Head of Quality Engineering to lead our quality strategy across product and engineering, with a strong focus on AI-enabled testing, automation, and mobile app quality . Responsibilities * Own the overall quality engineering strategy, standards, and release readiness process. * Lead QA across web, backend, and **mobile applications on Android and iOS**. * Drive the use of AI tools for test case generation, automation, defect analysis, risk-based testing, and quality reporting. * Build scalable manual, automated, exploratory, regression, performance, and mobile testing practices. * Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer Success to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. * Own QA metrics, defect trends, automation coverage, release confidence, and continuous improvement. * Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing quality engineering team. * Evaluate and implement modern QA tools, mobile testing frameworks, device testing approaches, and AI-enabled testing platforms.
 Requirements * Proven experience leading QA or Quality Engineering teams in a fast-moving tech environment. * Strong experience testing Android and iOS applications , including mobile regression, device compatibility, OS/version coverage, and app release cycles. * Solid background in test automation, CI/CD, agile delivery, and modern software testing practices. * Practical understanding of AI-enabled QA tools and how to apply them to improve quality and efficiency. * Ability to turn quality data into actionable insights. * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Bias for automation, speed, reliability, and continuous improvement.
