Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with solid experience in React.js to join our distributed engineering team. You will take ownership of front-end architecture and implementation , collaborating closely with other engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to build performant, scalable, and visually engaging web applications .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys mentoring other developers, and is passionate about building high-impact digital products with exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of front-end features and UI components using React.js .

Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high-quality, scalable codebase.

Identify and address performance bottlenecks and UI issues.

Mentor mid-level and junior developers within the front-end team.

Follow Agile methodologies and actively contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Document components, functionality, and style guidelines as needed.

Requirements

Must-Have:

6+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 4+ using React.js .

Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 .

Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API).

Familiarity with component libraries ( Material-UI, Tailwind, or Chakra UI ).

Experience integrating RESTful APIs .

Version control experience with Git .

Solid understanding of Agile development practices .

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in English (written and spoken) .

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with Next.js , TypeScript , or testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

Experience with Angular will be valued.

Knowledge of A/B testing , CRO , or web performance optimization .

Familiarity with Figma or design handoff tools.
